Bloom BENEFITS
THE HEALING POWERS OF HAPPY FLOWERS In Hill, New Hampshire
We use sustainable farming methods, organic products, and biological control practices to grow happier, healthier blooms. From our all-natural farm to your table, these flowers possess inherent healing properties and a vibrant history rooted in ancient medicinal practices still used today. Think: lavender for relaxation, roses for inflammation, and chamomile for tranquility. The benefits of blooms are simply abundant.
We’re here to celebrate some of Mother Nature’s most versatile gifts, designing sustainable and seasonal bouquets for every occasion using our very own blooms. Crafted in-house, these creations are meant to promote healing, spread love, and unleash immense joy. More than anything, we aim to nourish the Earth and all its inhabitants, using ethical practices to unearth flowers you can feel good about.
The Yarrow FLOWER
By definition
Officially known to the botanical community as Achillea Millefolium, the Yarrow flower’s scientific name is derived from the Greek myth of Achilles, as an homage to his use of Yarrow while carrying out ancient medicinal practices. For centuries, the Yarrow flower has remained a prolific symbol of courage, love, and healing for many. It is commonly hailed for its pain relieving, hemostatic, and antiseptic properties, to name a few.

The ARTIST
Healer by heart
Growing up in Brooklyn, New York, Amanda Alzamora-Proszowska often envisioned herself walking barefoot through lush grasses and airy flower fields, dreaming of the day she’d have a thriving garden to call her own.
Today, Amanda is living her best life as a flower farmer and floral design artist based out of a small town in New Hampshire — one with plenty of room for flourishing blooms, dancing bees, and happy feet. Nothing brings her more joy than spreading love and healing with sustainable blooms and seasonal bouquets, plucked directly from her whimsical, wonderful garden.
A holistic healer with a huge heart and an unyielding creative spirit, Amanda takes notice of the little things — revering the smallest details within a day as the finest luxuries in life and drawing inspiration from their gorgeous existence.
Combining her profound appreciation for Mother Nature, her studied understanding of horticulture, and her innate artistic talents, Amanda created The Yarrow Woman to serve as a catalyst for community, creativity, and curative giving. To put it simply, the farm is her way of contributing positive energy, organic growth, and natural beauty for a better, brighter world.
